Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrival in Sri Lanka
Meet your representative at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle to Anuradhapura. Settle into a hotel and have dinner before you have a restful night.
Explore Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka’s first capital. Visit the sacred Sri Mahabodhi tree, Ruwanweliseya, Isurumuniya Rock Temple, Thuparama Dagoba, and Samadhi Buddha. Afternoon excursion to Mihintale, the sacred mountain where Buddhism arrived in Sri Lanka. Dinner and overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Drive to Sigiriya. After lunch, enjoy a jeep safari in Minneriya National Park, witnessing one of Asia’s most spectacular elephant congregations amid scenic landscapes. Dinner and overnight at a hotel.
Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress, and marvel at the 5th-century frescoes, water gardens, and ramparts. Afternoon visit to Polonnaruwa, exploring the Golden Age of Sri Lanka’s second ancient kingdom and its intricate irrigation systems. Have dinner and stay at a hotel for a restful night’s sleep after an exciting day.
En route to Kandy, visit Dambulla Cave Temple, adorned with over 2,000 sq. metres of painted walls and ceilings. After lunch, explore the Temple of the Tooth in Kandy and attend a vibrant Kandyan cultural dance show featuring drumming, fire walking, and traditional dances. Once dinner is finished, retire to a hotel for a restful night.
Early morning visit to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site at 2,100 metres above sea level, featuring grasslands, forests, and marshy ecosystems. Afternoon free to relax at the hotel.
Drive to Yala. Afternoon safari in Yala National Park, home to elephants, leopards, black bears, and rare bird species. Enjoy scenic picnic spots along unspoiled beaches. Dinner and the rest of the night in a cosy hotel.

Drive to Tangalle. Spend the afternoon at leisure on tranquil beaches, enjoying the sun and scenic coastlines. Enjoy dinner and stay the night at a hotel.
Spend the entire day unwinding at the hotel, enjoying the luxurious amenities and the calm southern coastline. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
We will drive you from Tangalle to Galle. Explore Galle Fort by Tuk Tuk, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Dutch, Portuguese, and British influences. Visit Stilt Fishermen in Koggala, marvelling at traditional fishing techniques. Savour dinner and spend the night at a hotel.
Spend a relaxing day at your hotel or explore Galle’s charming streets at your own pace. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel after a long day.
Drive to Colombo, stopping at Lunuganga Estate, the former home and tropical garden of architect Geoffrey Bawa. Afternoon city tour of Colombo, including temples, colonial monuments, and vibrant markets. Have dinner at a neighbourhood eatery and an overnight stay the night in a cosy hotel.
After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your onwards journey, carrying memories of Sri Lanka’s heritage, wildlife, and coastal serenity.
