Itinerary

DAY 1Arrive in Chennai
Arrive at Chennai International Airport around midnight, where our representative or chauffeur will be waiting to greet you. Transfer to your hotel and check in. Enjoy a relaxed morning and brunch at leisure. In the afternoon, explore Santhome Cathedral and the historic Fort Saint George. Evening free for rest. Stay overnight in Chennai.
Begin the day with a visit to Dakshina Chitra, a heritage centre showcasing South Indian art and culture. Continue to the Kapaleeswarar Temple, a striking example of Dravidian architecture. Later, if you wish, stroll along the lively Marina Beach. Dinner and night halt in Chennai.
Check out after breakfast and drive towards Pondicherry. On the way, stop at Mahabalipuram to see the Five Rathas and Arjuna’s Penance. Continue your journey and reach Pondicherry by evening. Check in at your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Pondicherry.
Explore Pondicherry’s highlights, including Auroville, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and its French-style churches. Return to the hotel for dinner and rest.
Set out early for Kumbakonam. En route, stop at Chidambaram to visit the famous Nataraja Temple. Arrive in Kumbakonam, check in, and later visit the renowned temples of Darasuram and nearby areas. Dinner and overnight in Kumbakonam.
Depart Kumbakonam and travel to Trichy, stopping at Tanjore to visit the grand Brihadeeswara Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Trichy, check into your hotel, and unwind. Dinner and overnight in Trichy.
Tour Trichy’s most important landmark, the Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple. In the afternoon, you may also explore the Ucchi Pillaiyar Temple at Rockfort and other local shrines. Dinner and overnight in Trichy.
Leave for Madurai and check in by midday. In the afternoon, visit the Meenakshi Amman Temple and the Tirumala Nayak Palace. Later, stroll through the vibrant local market or take a rickshaw ride. Return to the Meenakshi Temple in the evening to witness its moving religious ceremony. Dinner and overnight in Madurai.
Travel through scenic landscapes to reach Munnar around noon. Check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Visit the Tea Museum in the morning. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or explore Munnar at your own pace.

Proceed to Kumarakom and arrive by noon. Check in at the hotel or resort and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Stay overnight in Kumarakom.
Transfer to Alleppey and board your traditional houseboat. Cruise through Kerala’s backwaters, passing villages and lush green banks. In the evening, the boat will dock for a peaceful night. All meals and overnight on the houseboat.
Disembark from the houseboat and drive to Kochi. After check-in, explore Fort Kochi, the Dutch Palace, and other heritage landmarks. Dinner and overnight in Kochi.
Relax at your hotel until noon, then check out and transfer to the airport for your onwards flight.
